Refund policy

mysTEAry has a NO REFUND POLICY. 

Please follow the following procedures when you receive a shipment.

  1. Take a video of the box received and the contents within the shipped box.
  2. The video must be a single time stamped and dated video. The video is proof of any damaged items, which will enable you to receive a SHIPPING of the damaged item(s) for FREE.
  3. If you receive a damaged item(s), please send mysTEAry the video and indicate if you want a ITEM REPLACED to the email nmartis@mysteary.com. It will take 3-10 business days to be viewed and processed. 
  4. Calling the mysTEAry business number will not speed up the process to receiving the item being shipped faster.
