Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once the payment has been received, it will take 1-3 business days to be processed. Once it has been processed, the shipping will depend on the choice made by the customer upon checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Canada.
How can I track my order?
Once you have chosen your shipping option from the list, a tracking number will be provided to you. The tracking number will enable you to track the progress of your order through its various stages.
Products
Are your products really 100% natural?
The products are 100% natural. mysTEAry values its customers and does not believe in being dishonest about the products.
The teas are herbal or organic, and this is listed on the package, along with the ingredients.
The soaps are made from a Vegan soap base with Kosher fragrances, and the goat milk-Melt soaps are made from 100% goat milk with 100% essential oils.
The Candles are made from Beeswax and Soy with 100% essential oils.
All the products have certificates to prove that the artisans produce them naturally.
No animals were used in the creation or testing of any of the products.

Candles are made out of 100% pure Beeswax/Soy Wax

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Caution: Do a patch test before using the product.
Steps for a Soap Patch Test
- Choose a test spot: Select an inconspicuous, quarter-sized area of delicate skin, such as the inner forearm or the bend of the elbow, where the product won't be easily washed or rubbed away.
- Clean and dry the area: Wash the test area with a gentle, everyday cleanser and pat it dry.
- Apply the soap: Apply a small amount of the new soap to the test spot.
- Rinse as usual: Since soap is a rinse-off product, leave it on your skin for as long as you typically would when washing (usually a few minutes or less), and then rinse it off.
- Monitor for a reaction: Check the area for signs of a reaction (such as redness, itching, burning, swelling, or blisters) twice daily for 7 to 10 days. Allergic reactions can be delayed, so it's crucial to monitor the area for the full duration.

mysTEAry has a NO REFUND POLICY.
STORE CREDIT or PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Please follow the procedures when you receive a damaged shipment.
- Take a video of the box or bag shipped to you. The video must begin from the moment you pick up the package and open it, showing the contents within the shipped box or bag.
- The video must be a single, time-stamped and dated video. The video serves as proof of any damaged items, which will enable you to receive store credit or have the damaged item(s) replaced with a new item shipped to you at no additional cost.
- If you receive a damaged item(s), please send mysTEAry the video and indicate if you want a STORE CREDIT or ITEM REPLACED to the email nmartis@mysteary.com. It will take 3-10 business days to be viewed and processed.
- Calling the mysTEAry business number will not speed up the process to receiving a store credit or the item being shipped faster.
